Seminar Feedback

Alhamdulillah, we have received some good and constructive feedback for the recent “Our Beloved Mustafa” seminar that we organised.

Dear Simply Islam,
I had attended the Seminar last Saturday and Grace be to Allah, thank you for having that seminar. It has indeed planted a new seed of love for Rasulullah(PBUH). Thank you for being the medium in making the public be more aware of Islam….Once again, thank you for your efforts in making Islam a known religion.

[Erna]

I would like to commend on the seminar made possible by Simplyislam.sg on “The Beloved Mustafa”. The seminar had covered more than I had expected, and the speakers were thorough in their talks. I would like to thank Allah for this opportunity and Simplyislam.sg for being the reason.
[Md Shakirin]

Visit to Darul Ma’wa

As part of SimplyIslam’sg weekend Islamic school curriculum, and in an effort to instill values of empathy in our students and an appreciation of the underprivileged, we are organising an educational visit for all our students to the Darul Ma’wa Children’s Home.  Darul Ma’wa, managed by Jamiyah Singapore, is a residence for orphans and children from disadvantaged families and it provide holistic programs for the welfare of the children.  The visit is compulsory for all SimplyIslam’s students, and will Insha’Allah be organised on 10 & 11 May 2008 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The SimplyIslam students and teachers will organise educational games and activities for the residents of Darul Ma’wa. We will be providing refreshments and gifts for the residents, too.

Parents who wish to make a contribution towards the refreshments or the home can do so by informing the Admin Office by Wednesday, 7 May 2008.

Darul_Mawa_MapAs the visit is done during curriculum time, we seek your cooperation in fetching your child directly to Darul Ma’wa Children’s Home which is located at No. 1 Chin Cheng Road, off Still Road.  Please ensure that your child arrive by 9 a.m. sharp.  If for some reason your child is not able to attend the educational outing, please inform the admin office in advance.
