SimplyIslam.sg is organising a majlis entitled As-Shafa’ah Al-Kubra - A Morning of Divine Devotions on Sunday 24 August 2008. Insha’Allah, the eminent Shaykh Hisham Kabbani and other Islamic scholars and personalities will be gracing the majlis, and the programme includes the following:
- Congregational Recitation of Surah Yasin led by Ustaz Abu Zaki Yusuf
- Lectures by Shaykh Hisham Kabbani, Ustaz Mohamed Iqbal Abdullah, Ustaz TM Fouzy & Ustaz Jalaluddin Hassan
- Dhikrullah led by Shaykh Hisham Kabbani
- Qasidah & Salawat recitals/performances by the Haqqani Malaysia Ensemble
- Qawwali recital by A. Jainullabidin Faizi
- Devotional Poetry recitals by Art Fazil & Friends
